Dave graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1992, followed by a JD in law also at Brigham Young University in 2000. Experienced

Years of experience make Dave a valuable resource as a court-certified divorce mediator for settling cases before clients spend thousands, and tens of thousands, of dollars in litigation costs. Dave has mediated hundreds of cases. He finds deep satisfaction through mediation in helping parties solve their divorce and other domestic cases outside of the courtroom whenever possible.

Previously and for many years, he served as a member of the Divorce Procedures Judicial Subcommittee assisting on crafting solutions for rules of procedures and solving divorce and domestic procedural and legal issues.
